Best Movie I've Seen This Year

Tonight the unthinkable happened. Evan and I went to see a comedy and actually both thought it was hilarious. This is truly rare. We have very different ideas of what is and is not funny, so for both of us to be laughing out loud at a movie is kind of amazing. The movie is Forgetting Sarah Marshall, which stars one of my favorite actresses, Kristen Bell. Really the only reason I even went to see it was to support her. I didn't like either of the movies credited to the creator (The 40-Year-Old Virgin & Knocked Up), so I didn't expect to like this one, either. Suffice it to say, I was very wrong. Everyone should see this movie.

Yeah, we felt the same way about Knocked Up. Evan left halfway through and I forced myself to finish it.

This movie has definitely earned its 'Rated R' status, but it's a different kind of funny. You know, the kind that actually is funny.
